Quality control and after-sales service

Utemail guarantees that all products we provide come from the original factory, authorized agents, and authorized distributors, both original and new parts. We will provide inspection records of all orders delivered by the customer service team. We also offer a one-year warranty period after the delivery of the goods. We will not accept order cancellation unless the customer has legitimate reasons. For example, there is evidence to prove that our product is not original or new parts. When you encounter quality issues with the product after receiving it, please contact us within 3 working days and we will comply with the after-sales service agreement to replace the new parts. The after-sales service agreement is a standard for providing you with better service. Before making a product complaint, you may need to carefully read it to handle the product issue. We will not accept cancelling orders after delivery, only replacing faulty products. We only accept product issues that are significantly damaged during transportation, when you see the package and save photos for record keeping. When a customer complains about a product issue within 3 working days to confirm the issue, we will request a formal description of the product issue. The formal product issue description includes but is not limited to: text description, photos, videos, preliminary testing, etc. WYD will replace the new parts and bear the transportation cost of the new parts after confirming the product issue. If necessary, WYD may request the return of faulty products for inspection or testing. The customer should assist in returning the faulty parts, and WYD will bear the transportation costs.

Disclaimers

WYD is responsible for providing technical support to ensure the normal operation of the website, avoiding service interruptions as much as possible, or limiting interruption time in the shortest possible time, to ensure that users can handle the internet smoothly.
